I change people’s life by bodyweight exercises. Leave machines for the weak and weights for the strong. Use your bodyweight to become healthier in a natural way.
I can adjust exercises to be doable. There is always something you CAN do, even injured.
I love what I do. I make every class different, using thousands of exercises and variations.
